Join Lauren & Emily in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside for a morning designed to energise your body, clear your mind, and connect with like-minded people. Think movement, fresh air, coffee, good food, and the kind of Sunday that leaves you feeling refreshed for the week ahead.

Whether you come solo or with friends, this is your invitation to slow down, move your body, and spend time around good people and good energy.

WHAT THE MORNING LOOKS LIKE?

9:00AM — SOCIAL 3K RUN / WALK
We’ll kick off the morning with a relaxed 3K social run or walk through the countryside surroundings. No pressure, no pace targets — just fresh air, movement, and an easy start to the day.

9:30AM SIGNATURE PILATES WITH EMILY

Next, head into one of Emily’s signature Pilates classes focused on strength, control, posture, and that energised feeling we all love afterwards.

10:00AM YOGA FLOW WITH LAUREN

Lauren will then guide you through a grounding yet powerful yoga flow designed to leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and fully reset for the rest of your Sunday.

10:30AM — COFFEE & COMMUNITY

After the sessions, stay and soak up the atmosphere. Grab a coffee, catch up with friends, and meet new faces from the community at the beautiful on-site cafés.

Who is this event for?

Everyone is welcome — whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who regularly runs, practices Pilates, or does yoga. The morning is designed to feel relaxed, inclusive, and community-focused.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all. The 3K is a social run/walk at an easy pace, and both classes are suitable for all levels with options provided throughout.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely — a lot of people will. The whole idea behind the event is to meet like-minded people, move together, and enjoy a wholesome Sunday morning in a welcoming environment.

What should I bring?

Please bring:

- Activewear you feel comfortable in

- A yoga/Pilates mat

- Water bottle

- Trainers suitable for walking/running

- A warm layer for afterwards

What’s included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes:

- Entry to the event

- 3K social run/walk

- Pilates class with Emily

- Yoga flow with Lauren

- Access to the community social afterwards

Food & drinks from the cafés can be purchased separately on-site.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so you have time to check in, settle in, and meet everyone before we begin at 9:00am.

Where is the event taking place?

The event will take place in a beautiful countryside location in North Yorkshire.

Is there parking available?

No on-site parking available; however, parking is available nearby on Crag Lane & at RHS Garden Harlow Carr.

If you pass the Harlow Carr car park, a small lane will lead you to Bamber & Brown. Please note this leads to a residential home.

We kindly ask that you avoid driving down this lane, as it is used by residents. Please also do not park at the house, on the property, or in the Breathing Rooms car park, as this is private property.

What happens if it rains?

We’ll still be going ahead! Any outdoor elements will be adjusted where needed, and we’ll make sure the morning still feels amazing regardless of the weather.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable due to limited spaces, but if you can no longer attend you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.

How many spaces are available?

Spaces are limited to keep the event feeling intimate and community-led, so we’d recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
